| Dear Rita Being back in Belgium I would like to thank you and all your colleagues for the great service that Taxi Madeira offered to me and my mother. The professionalism, the punctuality and the great client service will be remembered. Also a big thank you to the person who succeeded to arrange someone with a van (which gives a better view than a normal car) even though I booked my Saturday trip very last minute on Saturday morning. I would like to especially thank the driver we had on Saturday (I forgot to ask his name), who without me asking for it took an alternative route so we could go to Pico de Arrieiro for a second time (which was covered in clouds on the day we made the east tour with you) so I could admire the views and made my holiday on Madeira 100% perfect. | We booked a Madeira south west tour only a few days before our cruise stop in Funchal on March 9th 2016. Rita responded quickly and friendly to our mail. At the port, she and her colleague Marcio awaited us with a professional name tag. The following tour affirmed our good impression we already had from the booking process and the warm welcome. Both of our guides provided a good service and were flexible when it came to meet our needs – which is not to be underestimated with such a large group! We want to say again "Thank you very much for this pleasant experience" and recommend you to any other visitor of the beautiful "island of flowers"!  | We booked our taxi to be picked up at the airport and taken to our Hotel. The service was extremely good and punctual. We needed to ring from the Hotel to go and visit the Aquapark and the same again. Rita and Paulo are very efficient, friendly and give great customer service. Thanks very much.
